asdfjkl;

Sometimes I run into random things, and sometimes I'd go and "digg" it, or "stumble" it. But as awesomely random as those two things are, I sometimes want to blog about it.

asdfjkl; was something as random as a rutabaga. A website, where he simply asks you to give him content instead.

I'm not quite sure how long this person has been at this, and according to his faq, I really have to wonder why there is so much random vitriol (this is one of my new favorite words, I'm asking my friends to bear with me until it's out of my system. I do know its meaning, and I do mean that people are saying "acidic" "sulfuric" things). He apparently has a folder dedicated to it (as well as dedicated to people who love him).

I became a fan of OnLive on Facebook, because I'm really interested in it, and there were a few people who spewed vile shit at them. Simply because it wasn't available yet.

Now I know people who cite John Gabriel's Greater Internet Dickwad Theory, but I personally think that people who are assholes online, would be assholes in real-life until someone called them on it. But for the most part, online they either don't get people's responses to it, or they don't feel the visceral fear they would get of having someone right in front of them. Either way, they do it on purpose, and they do it because they enjoy being assholes.

I just don't understand wanting to be an asshole. Now, I'm an asshole most of the time, but sadly, it usually happens when I'm trying to be nice. I have been threatened, and been to meetings with bosses. All this, while I'm just trying to ask them to do something, nicely, and calmly. I guess my real feelings to show through on my face, and voice... and quite honestly, I can't help it when dealing with stupid things. Sadly, calling someone a stupid moron is frowned upon in corporate America, and I have yet to be able to do so.

So if anyone can answer me, if you have ever spouted vile shit at someone online, why did you do it?
